If you'd like to commission me, please contact me first via Instagram or BlueSky DMs. I will respond shortly and we can start discussing your thoughts (please note that reaching out via Twitter is undesirable due to its hard to manage DMs). Once I have an idea of the amount of work required for your commission, I will provide you with an exact price and when the payment goes through, I will start working on your commission.

To draw your character, a comprehensive reference sheet or at least a filled-in base would be ideal. Just an image of your character would work as well but please be aware that in that case your character's design might have some inaccuracies. I will not be able to work going off of solely a written description.

After I start working on your commission, I will send you a sketch for review and any corrections. Once you're satisfied with the sketch, I will continue working updating you after each step of the drawing process is completed (sketch, line, color, background, and shading). You're also free to ask for updates yourself.

In order to protect myself as a service provider, the updates I send you will be in lower resolution and watermarked.

In order to protect myself as a service provider I will also be taking screenshots of our conversations.

The turnaround time will be discussed on an individual basis. It can also be impacted by external factors. I will notify you in case of any delays.

During each stage (sketch, line, color, background and shading) you'll have an opportunity to submit a list of edits 2 times. You will be charged 10% for each additional list after those 2 so please be thorough and communicate your concerns clearly.

I will not be held responsible if you fail to communicate your wishes properly and are dissatisfied with the end result.

Payment method could be negotiated.

All of the prices are listed in the US dollars.

In order to ensure my safety as a service provider, I require 50% of the commission's cost to be paid upfront for simpler commissions and 100% for more complex ones. The initial 50% ought to be paid upfront and the other 50% – before I start working on the last stage of your commission. That way you can be sure that your commission will be finished and I can be sure that I'll get the full payment.

You're free to pay in full upfront if that's more convenient for you regardless of the complexity of your commission.

After we discus the details of your commission and I provide you with the exact price, I will wait for the next 24 hours for the payment to go through. If it doesn't happen, I'll check in with you. If I still get no responce, your commission will be put on hold for another day after which it'll be cancelled.

I will not start working until the payment goes through.

You can get a full and a partial refund for your commission.

My art generally consists of 5 stages: sketch, line, color, background, and shading. The refund will depend on what stage the work is on at the moment. To learn the percentage of the total cost each stage holds, divide 100% by the amount of stages. For example, for a 5 stage commission each stage will correspond to 20% (1/5) of the total price. Meaning, with each completed stage 20% will be subtracted from the total possible refund.

The same system applies to art with fewer stages. For example, for a 3 stage commission with each completed stage, 33% (1/3) will be subtracted from the total refund.

A full refund will only be possible for not started commissions or those with unfinished sketches.

Finished works will not be refunded.

If you receive a partial refund, you're allowed to keep and use the work at its latest finished stage.

If you receive a full refund, you won't be allowed to use any of the WIP materials you've been provided with.

I reserve the right to keep the unpaid materials for personal use (YCHs, future commissions, etc.)

As the artist, I retain the copyright over my work.

Your commission is for personal use only. It can't be edited, resold or profited off of.

If you're reuploading or sharing my work, give credit or a link to my profile and do not remove or cut off my signature.

If you're using your commission as a sticker, credit me as the artist somewhere in the pack.

I reserve the right to use your commission for my own social media and as promotional material.

If you'd like your commission to stay private (aka not to be uploaded), you will be required to additionally pay 25% of the total price for the commission's potential promotional value.

If you yourself would like not to be mentioned when the commission is posted, please notify me and I will omit your name or a social media tag.

Please also notify me when you change your social media name and profile picture so it's easier for me to find our chat.

If you don't respond to any of my messages regarding your commission for 1 week, I will send you a reminder message. If you don't respond to it, your commission will be cancelled and the appropriate refund will be issued. You will be notified of the cancellation.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission myself at any time for any reason. If the commission is cancelled by me, I will notify you and issue the appropriate refund.

I reserve the right to refuse my services and blacklist clients.

Please, as a commissioner, make sure that the character you're commissioning art of is rightfully yours. I can't be held responsible if you mistakenly commission art of somebody else's character.

Please also make sure you're communicating with me specifically. I can't be held accountable if you "commission" somebody pretending to be me. Please verify that you're interacting with my actual Instagram or BlueSky accounts.

If an artwork features multiple characters in a romantic scenario, I'd like to get confirmation from all parties that they agree to such art of them being created.

You are prohibited from using my work in derogatory and discriminatory ways and for spreading and promoting harmful messages and behaviors. Anything having to do with queerphobia, racism, body shaming, mental health shaming, disability shaming, zoophilia and zoosadism, pedophilia, etc. is not to be associated with me as an artist or my art.

I am strictly against NFTs and AI.

My work is not to be used to create NFTs.

My work is not to be uploaded to any AI databases. Enhancing my work (whether it was commissioned or obtained for free) in any way using AI is also prohibited.

Please do not use AI generated images as reference when commissioning me. Please either fill in a base yourself or commission an artist to make a base or a ref sheet for you.

All of the same rules apply to raffles and free art.

I reserve the right to revoke your winning slot if I find out you're involved in harmful and hateful behaviors (see the "Miscellaneous" section).

For the same reason I reserve the right to refuse to provide you with finished art even if I have already started working on it. This artwork will be repurposed and given out to a new winner or used in my future projects.
